1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of services offered under the AreYouFullStack brand, operated by Coexius, LLC. By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in any Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access the Services.
2. Eligibility
You are at least 18 years of age.
You are not located in a jurisdiction subject to U.S. trade sanctions.
You have legal capacity to enter this agreement.
Services are provided globally in English.
3. Description of Services
Services may include 1:1 mentorship, group and cohort programs, hybrid development programs, corporate coaching and advisory services, leadership workshops, enterprise retainers, community platforms, digital resources, courses or certifications if offered, and live or virtual events. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Services at our discretion.
4. Nature of Services; No Professional Advice
Services provide educational, developmental, and consultative guidance. We do not provide medical or mental health treatment, therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or fiduciary services. No specific results are guaranteed. You are responsible for your personal and professional decisions, actions, and outcomes.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Fees
Fees may be structured as month-to-month subscriptions, fixed-term program enrollments, tiered programs, custom engagements, or payment plans. Fees are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified.
5.2 Fixed-Term Programs
Enrollment in a fixed-term program is a commitment to pay the full fee. If you discontinue participation or are terminated for misconduct, you remain responsible for the full fee.
5.3 Refunds
Refunds are not automatic and are granted solely at Company discretion.
5.4 Month-to-Month Cancellations
Cancellation may occur at any time. Access continues through the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided.
5.5 Late Payments
Five business day grace period.
$50 late fee may apply.
Access may be suspended after grace period.
Continued nonpayment may result in termination and collections.
5.6 Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, access may be suspended or terminated, the Company may dispute the chargeback, and future service eligibility may be denied.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials and systems are exclusive property of Coexius, LLC. You receive a limited personal non-transferable non-sublicensable license for individual use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, publish, modify, or create derivative works without written consent.
7. Session Recordings
The Company may record sessions. Recordings are owned exclusively by the Company. Clients may request copies of individual 1:1 recordings. Clients may not independently record sessions without written consent.
8. AI and Data Usage
Session content may be used for internal business purposes such as improving frameworks and refining privately owned Company AI systems. Session content will not be used to train publicly accessible AI models.
9. Testimonials
By providing testimonials, you grant Coexius, LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use the testimonial in marketing and informational media. This includes rights to use permitted identifying information, edit for clarity, and publish without compensation unless agreed in writing.
10. Community Conduct
Community participation requires compliance with company guidelines and platform rules. The Company may suspend or terminate access for harassment, disruption, intellectual property violations, misconduct, or Terms violations. No refunds for termination due to misconduct.
11. Certifications (if offered)
Certifications may require evaluation or demonstrated competency and do not guarantee employment, promotion, income, or advancement.
12. Affiliate and Referral Programs
Affiliate and referral programs may be offered and are governed by separate written agreements.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coexius, LLC from third-party claims arising from misuse of services, violation of Terms, or your decisions and reliance on guidance.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. Total cumulative liability will not exceed amounts paid under the current agreement.
15. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for performance delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
16. Dispute Resolution
16.1 Governing Law
Texas law governs these Terms.
16.2 Binding Arbitration
Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under Texas law, which may be conducted virtually.
16.3 Small Claims Exception
Either party may pursue eligible claims in Texas small claims court.
16.4 Class Action Waiver
Claims must be brought individually; class or collective actions are waived.
17. Electronic Communications
By enrolling, you consent to email and SMS communications if opted in. Messaging and data rates may apply.
18. Third-Party Services
The Company may use third-party providers, and is not responsible for third-party outages, errors, or policy changes.
19. Amendments
Terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance.

1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you visit the website, apply, interact with marketing systems, or engage with services. Coexius, LLC is the data controller. Contact: hello (at) areyoufullstack.com.
2. Definition of Personal Information
Personal Information means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked with an individual or household.
3. Categories of Information We Collect
Contact Information: full name, email, phone number, mailing address.
Professional Information: role, experience, employer, resume, professional profiles if provided.
Application and Form Responses: goals, written responses, context.
Payment Information: processed securely through Stripe, without storing full card details.
Technical and Usage Information: IP, browser/device data, page activity, cookies and tracking IDs.
SMS Information: phone number, consent record, opt-in timestamp, opt-out history.
4. How We Collect Information
We collect through website forms and applications, surveys and booking forms, payment checkout, SMS opt-ins, analytics tools, advertising platforms, affiliate tracking systems, and future account registration if implemented.
5. How We Use Personal Information
We use information to review applications, deliver services, manage client relationships, process payments, send communications with consent, run affiliate tracking, improve services, analyze usage, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations. Automated tools may assist segmentation and routing, but no automated system makes final eligibility decisions without human review.
6. Affiliate Tracking
Referral tracking is used for commission calculation. Affiliate partners do not receive customer personal information.
7. Disclosure of Personal Information
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose personal information to service providers such as GoHighLevel, Stripe, analytics providers, advertising platforms, hosting providers, and operational contractors. California residents can request to opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as needed for stated purposes and legal obligations. Mentorship applications are retained at least seven years. Client records may be retained up to seven years after inactivity. Verified deletion requests are honored except where retention is legally required.
9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Cookies and tracking technologies are used for analytics, user experience, advertising, and affiliate measurement. You can manage cookies through browser settings or consent tools. The website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
10. Your Privacy Rights

11. California and Texas Privacy Rights
California residents may have rights under CCPA/CPRA. Texas residents may have similar rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. We do not sell personal information.

Lawful bases may include consent, contract performance, and legitimate interests. Data may be transferred to the United States and other jurisdictions with appropriate safeguards when required.
13. SMS Communications
SMS opt-in includes consent to recurring texts. Frequency may vary and message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance.
14. Testimonials and Case Studies
Testimonials are published only with written consent. Individuals can choose attribution format and can withdraw consent for future use.
15. Children’s Privacy
Services are intended for individuals 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.
16. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable safeguards including HTTPS, secure payment processing, platform protections, and two-factor authentication. No system can guarantee absolute security.
